Restore Britain leader describes Dunblane school shooting as 'one murder'

Rupert Lowe, leader of Restore Britain, said the UK ban on handguns was implemented "because there was a murder in Dunblane." In 1996, a gunman killed 16 children and one teacher at Dunblane Primary School in Scotland. The UK Parliament passed the Firearms Act in 1997, which prohibited the ownership of most handguns in response to the shooting.
