Barclays Readies $875 Million Debt Sale for Buyout of Senior Plc

Barclays Plc is preparing to sell approximately $875 million in debt to finance its takeover of UK aerospace supplier Senior Plc. The debt sale will be used to fund the acquisition. Barclays announced the financing arrangement as part of its plan to complete the purchase of Senior Plc.
