Pardoned House Dem back in the spotlight as brother faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted

Rep. Henry Cuellar received a presidential pardon from Donald Trump in December 2024 for charges related to bribery and money laundering. His brother Martin Cuellar was indicted on charges of misusing county funds in his role with a Texas county government. Martin Cuellar faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted. The indictment comes during Rep. Henry Cuellar's reelection campaign.
