Bobby Pulido, the Democratic candidate challenging Monica De La Cruz for a Texas congressional seat, posted tweets calling police officers "abusive a--holes" according to posts that resurfaced online. The tweets have since been deleted. Pulido is running in the 2026 election cycle.
