Appeals court denies President Trump's request to halt removing his name from the Kennedy Center

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit ruled against President Trump's legal challenge to remove his name from the Kennedy Center. Trump had sought to block the institution from taking his name off the building. The three-judge panel rejected all arguments presented in his appeal.
