Healthy Returns: Employers aren't expanding coverage of GLP-1 obesity drugs – many are finding ways around it

Thirty-six percent of employers provide coverage of GLP-1 medications for both diabetes and weight loss treatment, according to a survey. This percentage remained unchanged from 2025 and increased from 34% in 2024. The survey did not specify which employers were surveyed or the total number of respondents.
