Dog fleeing fireworks is rescued from 15-foot well after neighbor hears cries

A dog that fled into a 15-foot well while escaping fireworks was rescued by firefighters after a neighbor heard the animal's cries. Firefighter Towan Smith responded to the rescue call. The dog was removed from the well and reunited with its owner.
