Diversity lottery-admitted truck driver allegedly kills UMass soccer star, spoke no English

Bekhzod Asrarov was arrested following a crash on Interstate 71 in Ohio that killed UMass Lowell goalkeeper Jack Forsythe. Asrarov allegedly used Google Translate to communicate with Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers at the scene. Forsythe, a senior, was pronounced dead at the hospital. Asrarov was charged in connection with the incident.
