Operations Platform SnowCloud Wants to Run Resorts By iPhone

Joe Hession, CEO and co-founder of SnowCloud, and Doug Pierini, CEO of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, discussed consolidating customer relations functions including sales and guest information onto a single platform. Pierini said the resort uses SnowCloud and that it has enhanced guest experiences by enabling purchases through mobile devices.
