Former Cowboys defender Marshawn Kneeland, who died by suicide at 24, found to have early stage CTE

Former Dallas Cowboys defensive end Marshawn Kneeland was diagnosed with Stage 1 chronic traumatic encephalopathy following an autopsy after his death in November 2025. Kneeland died by suicide following a high-speed chase with police. He was 24 years old at the time of his death.
