BB Energy Strikes Deal with South Sudan to Unblock Oil Sales

BB Energy agreed to release an injunction against the South Sudan government in exchange for receiving three cargoes of oil. The agreement resolves a $142 million legal dispute between the trading house and South Sudan. The terms of the arrangement were not disclosed.
