SpaceX Joins Nasdaq 100; Crinetics Pharmaceuticals Soars on Buyout | Stock Movers

Fiserv rose after the Wall Street Journal reported that JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and PNC Financial Services Group held preliminary discussions about acquiring Fiserv's network business. Crinetics Pharmaceuticals gained after Vertex Pharmaceuticals agreed to acquire Crinetics for 10 billion dollars in cash to expand into endocrinology. SpaceX was added to the Nasdaq 100 and received buy-equivalent ratings from Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, and at least four other brokers that initiated coverage.
