Singapore’s Temasek Buys Minority Stake in Italian PE Firm FSI

Temasek Holdings, a Singapore state-owned investor, acquired a 9% stake in the management company of Italian private equity firm FSI, according to a joint statement between the parties. The acquisition price was not disclosed. Temasek also committed to investing in FSI's future funds.
