Texas man arrested after 'intentionally' crashing into a closed Kroger to use bathroom: cops

A 60-year-old Texas man was arrested after driving his vehicle into a closed Kroger store. Police said the man stated he needed to use the bathroom. He has been charged with criminal mischief.
