PIMCO's Bowe on Australian Bonds Outlook

Adam Bowe, Managing Director and Head of Australia Portfolio Management at PIMCO, stated that Australia's rate-hike cycle is fully priced in and economic weakness is becoming more visible. Bowe made the comments ahead of the Reserve Bank of Australia's September policy decision, as markets assessed the likelihood of a 25-basis-point rate increase.
