Recreational Aerial Craft Become Weapons in Myanmar’s War

Myanmar's military has deployed motorized paragliders and gyrocopters to conduct bombing operations in rebel-held areas following the 2021 coup, according to reporting on the conflict. These aircraft, typically used for recreational purposes, have been modified to carry and drop ordnance on towns and villages.
