German online car-parts retailer Autodoc Holding SE is raising €530 million in debt financing to buy back a minority stake held by Apollo Global Management Inc. The loan will be used to fund the buyout of Apollo's equity position in the company. Autodoc is an e-commerce retailer specializing in automotive parts and accessories.
