Northeast Storm Brings Wind, Rain and Flooding

A nor'easter that brought strong winds and coastal flooding to the Northeast was weakening as of the time of Bloomberg's report, according to Bloomberg News Meteorologist Craig Allen. Allen said the storm continued to pose rain and flooding risks to parts of the region, with the New York to Boston area experiencing the most significant impacts. Additional rain was possible in those areas even as the strongest winds diminished, Allen stated.
