Florida man, 76, with suspended license allegedly admits to driving under the influence of rum, cocaine

Charles Ducking, 76, was stopped by Polk County deputies in Florida after allegedly admitting to driving under the influence. According to deputies, Ducking showed them a cup containing rum and said he had used cocaine minutes before the traffic stop. Ducking's driver's license was suspended at the time of the stop.
