Billionaire Charoen’s Asset World Targets $1 Billion REIT IPO

Asset World Corp Pcl is planning a Thai Real Estate Investment Trust listing to raise at least $1 billion for expansion of its hotel and commercial property portfolio, according to the company. The IPO will fund acquisitions and development in the hospitality and commercial real estate sectors. Asset World Corp is controlled by billionaire Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi.
