Bengals' Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins Fined $90K for ‘People’s Elbow’ Celebration

Cincinnati Bengals wide receivers Ja'Marr Chase and Tee Higgins were each fined for performing the "people's elbow" move during a game on Thursday. The National Football League fined both players a combined $90,000 for the celebration.
