Supreme Court blocks Missouri congressional map favoring GOP for third time

The Supreme Court declined to reinstate Missouri's congressional map on March 15, 2022. A federal appeals court had previously rejected the map twice. Missouri had redrawn its congressional districts after the 2020 census. The map's status remained unresolved ahead of the state's primary elections scheduled for August 2022.
