Ahead of U.S. IPO, British AI neocloud Nscale secures $3.36B in convertible finacing

Nscale, a British artificial intelligence cloud computing company, secured 3.36 billion dollars in convertible financing from investors including Third Point and Nvidia, according to the company. The funds will support Nscale's expansion of AI data centers. Nscale has announced plans for a U.S. initial public offering.
