Anthropic’s founders seek voting control ahead of IPO

Anthropic's seven co-founders are seeking shareholder approval for a voting structure that would grant them combined control of 50.1% of votes on most corporate matters, according to a regulatory filing. The company has not yet announced an IPO date. Anthropic's co-founders are Dario Amodei, Daniela Amodei, Tom Brown, Chris Olah, Sam McCandlish, Jack Clark, and Jared Kaplan.
