Mistress told ‘American Idol’ contestant she wanted ‘to kill’ wife but testified divorce, not murder, was plan

Alleigha Botner testified that Caleb Flynn told her he wanted "to kill" his wife Ashley Flynn. Botner stated that Flynn later said his actual plan was divorce, not murder. The testimony was given in connection with Ashley Flynn's death by shooting. Botner also testified about final messages exchanged between Caleb and Ashley Flynn before the shooting occurred.
