Nearly a Decade Later, the Electric Tesla Semi Is Here

Tesla delivered its first electric Semi trucks to PepsiCo at an event in Nevada on December 1, 2022. The company began accepting orders for the vehicle in 2017 and faced multiple production delays before the delivery. PepsiCo announced plans to operate the trucks in its fleet, with Tesla stating the Semi would have a range of approximately 500 miles per charge.
