Italy Revives Dollar Bond Sales for First Time Since Pandemic

Italy sold dollar-denominated bonds in the US market on Tuesday, marking the first such sale since the pandemic began in 2020. The country's credit rating was upgraded by Moody's in October 2024 and by S&P in September 2024. Italy's finance ministry said the bond sale was part of its regular financing operations.
