Adnoc to Buy Shell's South African Fuel Stations

The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company's fuel distribution arm agreed to purchase Shell's fuel station network across South Africa for $1 billion. Adnoc Distribution CEO Bader Saeed Al Lamki discussed the acquisition with Bloomberg. The deal expands Adnoc Distribution's presence in South Africa's retail fuel market.
