Missouri election map fight races back toward Supreme Court after 1.2M voters cast primary ballots

The Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals ruled Missouri must use its 2025 congressional map for the general election. The Supreme Court could act on the matter before September 28. Approximately 1.2 million voters participated in Missouri's primary elections under the existing map. The case involves whether Missouri's district boundaries comply with federal law ahead of the general election.
