Repsol Says 90% of Its Crude Supply Risks Breaching New EU Rules

Repsol said approximately 90 percent of its crude oil supplies would not meet European Union methane reduction requirements set to begin in January, according to the company. The EU rules establish limits on methane emissions from crude oil imports.
