New York sues Polymarket U.S., two months after filing lawsuit against Kalshi

New York Attorney General Letitia James filed a lawsuit against Polymarket U.S., alleging violations of the state's gambling laws. The filing comes two months after James sued Kalshi, another prediction market platform, on similar grounds. Both companies operate platforms where users can trade contracts based on the outcomes of events including elections and sports.
