Flock, Axon dodge Senate hearing after invite from Chair Josh Hawley

Sen. Josh Hawley, R-Mo., invited executives from Flock Safety and Axon Enterprise to a Senate hearing on surveillance technology. Both companies did not appear at the hearing. Hawley said prior to the hearing that the executives could face subpoenas.
