Illegal alien allegedly grabs school police officer's gun, shoots him in femoral artery: DOJ

Jose Santiago Pantoja-Morales is alleged to have taken a Dallas Independent School District police officer's gun during a physical altercation and shot the officer in the femoral artery near LBJ Freeway, according to the Department of Justice.
