Tylenol murders mystery deepens after sheriff’s office solves decades-old ‘Unknown Wanderer’ cold case

A man found dead in an Idaho church in 1982 with cyanide poisoning was identified through DNA analysis. The Owyhee County Sheriff's Office announced the identification but did not specify whether the case connects to the 1982 Chicago Tylenol poisoning deaths. Seven people died in the Chicago area after ingesting Tylenol capsules laced with cyanide, and the case remains unsolved.
