Disney+ and Hulu raise prices by up to 13 percent after doubling profits

Disney raised prices for Disney+ and Hulu on January 12, 2025. The Disney+ ad-free plan increased to $13.99 per month, while the ad-supported tier went to $7.99 per month. Hulu's ad-free plan increased to $17.99 per month, and its ad-supported tier to $7.99 per month. Disney reported that streaming profits doubled in its most recent fiscal quarter.
