Colorado voters to decide whether hunting and fishing deserve constitutional protection

Colorado voters will decide in an upcoming election whether to add constitutional protections for hunting and fishing rights. Amendment 83 would establish this protection while leaving existing bag limits, licensing requirements, and regulations unchanged.
