Michael Aiello, a partner at the M&A firm Weil, is joining another firm after multiple senior leaders departed from Weil. Aiello cited culture as a factor in his decision to leave. JPMorgan's Global Head of M&A Charlie Bouckaert characterized the movement of senior professionals between firms as a "war for talent."
