Disney’s Fired C.E.O. Bob Chapek Settles Scores With Bob Iger in New Book

Bob Chapek, former Disney chief executive officer, released a memoir in which he addresses his 2022 departure from the company. Chapek attributes his ouster to Bob Iger, who served as Disney's CEO before and after Chapek's tenure. Iger returned to the CEO role in November 2022, months after Chapek's removal. The memoir marks Chapek's first public statement regarding the circumstances of his exit.
