After multiple deaths and injuries, NHTSA is investigating comma.ai

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration is investigating comma.ai devices following five reported crashes in which vehicles equipped with the technology struck slow-moving or stopped vehicles. The investigation was initiated after multiple deaths and injuries were reported.
