M&G's Chorlton Says Value Has Returned to Fixed Income

Andy Chorlton, Chief Investment Officer for fixed income at M&G, stated that bond yields have increased to levels that make fixed income investments more attractive. Chorlton told Bloomberg Television that real yields are now positive at approximately 2% for 10-year bonds in the US and UK. He characterized these yields as a reasonable starting point for fixed income relative to other available investments.
