Ayala Corp. CEO Consing on Strategic Deal With Mitsubishi

Cezar Consing, President and CEO of Ayala Corp., announced the company will use proceeds from a $700 million share sale to Mitsubishi to reduce debt and acquire additional shares in undervalued units. Consing made the statement during an appearance on Bloomberg.
