Paramount will need to release way more movies to make this merger work

Paramount agreed to a settlement with 12 states that had filed lawsuits opposing its proposed merger with Warner Bros. Discovery, valued at $110 billion. As part of the settlement, Paramount committed to spending at least $300 million on additional film and television projects.
