Biden administration granted woman green card months before she illegally voted in 2024 election: DHS

Evelyn Miller of the Philippines registered to vote online weeks before the 2024 election and cast a ballot in Pennsylvania despite not being a U.S. citizen, according to the Department of Justice. Miller received a green card from the Biden administration months before the registration, according to the Department of Homeland Security. The DOJ brought charges related to the voting offense.
