Lennar shares pop as Berkshire builds almost a 10% stake in beleaguered homebuilder

The stake was valued at approximately $5.5 billion based on Berkshire's most recent 13F filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Lennar's stock price rose following the disclosure of Berkshire's investment position.
