Hayden Panettiere Died From Toxic Effects of Fentanyl and Other Drugs

Actress Hayden Panettiere, known for roles in "Heroes" and "Nashville," died at age 36. Her death was ruled accidental. The New York City Medical Examiner's Office determined the cause was toxic effects of fentanyl and other drugs.
