Issa: Houthis Declaring War on U.S. Using Iraq as Base

Rep. Darrell Issa stated on Bloomberg's "Balance of Power" on Monday that the Houthis are using Iraq as a base to declare war on the United States and create a second front. Issa did not specify what actions by the U.S. or its allies he believes should follow from this assessment.
