Man challenging 150-year-old ban on making liquor at home hopes Supreme Court takes his case

An Ohio man filed a Supreme Court petition challenging a federal prohibition on home distilling that has been in place for more than 150 years. Federal law classifies unlicensed distilling as a felony offense punishable by fines and up to five years in prison.
