Former college basketball guard Kerr Kriisa indicted in alleged $2.2M wire fraud scheme

Kerr Kriisa, a former college basketball guard, was indicted on wire fraud charges. According to the indictment, Kriisa allegedly posed as fictional contacts and claimed his family was in danger to obtain money from victims over a four-year period. The alleged fraud scheme resulted in losses of approximately $2.2 million. Kriisa has not yet entered a plea.
