Four Migrants Found Trapped in Human Smuggler's Water Tank near Texas Border

Border Patrol agents in the Del Rio Sector stopped a vehicle on a rural highway near Eagle Pass, Texas, and found four people inside a portable plastic water tank during an inspection. The tank, commonly used on ranches in the area, had been used to conceal the individuals. The vehicle was stopped while agents were patrolling the highway.
