Saudi Arabia wants a car industry, launches Ceer with two EVs

Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund and Foxconn established Ceer, an automotive company, to manufacture electric vehicles. The joint venture launched two EV models. Saudi Arabia has stated it aims to develop a domestic automotive industry.
